Fernando is the Head of the Internal Audit Department of Antena 3, and reports to the Audit and Control Committee. He is one of the members of the Executive Committee and is in charge of corporate projects related to affiliates, process changes and quality issues.

While he held this office, Fernando Costi took charge of the development of strategic and operating consultancy and audit projects for the main groups and companies engaged in the Spanish Media and Telecommunications Industry.
